This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic research professional to support the evaluation and impact of Making the Leap’s work across various strands of the organisation.

Location – Kensal Green, London

Currently three days a week in the office.

 

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Research and Advocacy, the Evaluation and Impact Officer is responsible for evaluating and communicating impact related to various strands of the organisation. This includes: promoting social mobility for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds; the role of charity and community groups in supporting young people; the involvement of employers in tackling social mobility and race equity; and the progress of Black, Asian and other racialised minority employees in the charity sector.
