I am the Executive Director of our Black Charity Leaders initiative.  My role is to support the charity sector in advancing race equality for early to mid-career charity professionals from racialised minority communities and promote equal and professional opportunities, by highlighting personal and professional development opportunities, creating an informative network for those individuals and encouraging the sector to take positive action to tackle this important and long-standing issue.

Managing Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) for ten years in my previous role, provides me with a good starting point and will enable me to add real value.
