BCL Programme manager role

We are looking for a highly motivated programme manager to coordinate our new initiative to advance race equality in the charity sector.

Location – Kensal Green, London

Currently three days a week in the office.

The Role

The Programme Manager of Black Charity Leaders will deliver Making The Leap’s brand-new charity sector leadership initiative that will create a network for racialised minority charity professionals. The initiative seeks to advance race equality in the charity sector by supporting charities that are keen to bridge the value gap for their early-mid career colleagues of colour. The Programme Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the programme, including the associates (individuals signed up for the programme by their charities), coordinating the training, and will be in charge of all the administrative aspects of the initiative.

If you wish to be considered, please see the link on CharityJob (below) and apply with your CV and a covering letter explaining why you are interested in this position at Making The Leap. The covering letter is your opportunity to talk yourself into an interview: please use it.

*Please note: Any application that does not include a covering letter will not be considered.
