Sanna Jordansson

Sanna is the Global Director of People Strategy at Broadway Malyan, an international architect firm with a 60 year history and over 250 design awards won. Prior to that she was the Head of HR at Handelsbanken UK as well as 4 years as the Head of HR at Heartwood the asset and wealth management arm of the Handelsbanken Group operations in the UK. In her role as People Director she delivers results within areas of diversity, succession planning, leadership and competence across the business globally. She has been a mentor through the CIPD for young people looking to find work. Prior to joining Handelsbanken Sanna’s experience has been within the London financial sector recruitment and HR as well as a variety of managerial roles during her time in Oslo, Norway.
