Tanzina became a Fellow in 2016, and joined the Fellows Board in 2017

‘Making The Leap was an eye opening experience for me. It exposed me to the different avenues I could pursue to work in the corporate field. It showed me that wanting to work in the big legal firms was possible with some hard work. I gained a lot of confidence and motivation through completing the course.

 

I joined the Fellows Board in the hopes that I can help the next generation know their options when choosing a career to pursue and get the right support in their job search. I truly believe in the organisation and know that it can benefit so many young adults, as it did for me. The service Making The Leap provides to its Fellows is invaluable. It is for this reason I chose and want to be involved in this particular organisation in any way possible. It is making employment accessible to all, in a wide range of job sectors.’
