Aspirations, Careers & Employability (ACE)
Through our ACE programme, we support young adults (associates) aged 18 to 25 years in making the leap through opportunities best suited to them. Be it securing a career or university opportunity or accessing higher level Apprenticeships, we provide leadership and personal development training.
The programme offers all associates ongoing coaching along with holistic support such as counselling.
