Work with us
Why partner with us?
We offer a range of bespoke partnership opportunities that can help you meet ESG, diversity, and employee engagement objectives, while also giving you access to new talent.
In creating our programmes, we recognise that social mobility is not just an issue for a season, but a constant challenge for society that requires leadership and collaboration to tackle it. We want to create real value for our partners.
We’re encouraging new activity, as well as more effective, more impactful and more measurable initiatives – using our programmes and leadership strands like the UK Social Mobility Awards as a platform.

Local support, nationwide voice
Though direct delivery in London is at our core, we also use what we learn to advocate for the importance of social mobility practice in UK businesses, and encourage action. We organise the UK Social Mobility Awards, a year-long programme which features the SOMOs Awards Gala and the Social Mobility Business Seminar.
To date, over 500 different companies have been involved in the awards, with 2024’s entrants employing over 1.3m people in the UK.
We also run Social Mobility Day and produce the Social Mobility Podcast and The Social Mobility List, as well as providing bespoke support for companies looking to understand social mobility in their sector.
