“It’s been my pleasure and privilege to support Making the Leap with a small regular gift for many years. I believe there’s nothing that’s more rewarding to do what you can to help young people realise their potential, and Making the Leap does that in so many ways. When I hear about the young people you’ve helped into work, or to think about College, or to put their life on a more positive path, or built their confidence to articulate the person they can be, I can’t think of anything more fulfilling or meaningful that I could support.”

Become a mentor
Provide 1-1 support for young adults aged 18-25 who have completed our three-week ACE Programme, helping build the skills and confidence needed to excel in their chosen career paths.
Key responsibilities include establishing relationship and rapport, career exploration, goal setting, job application advice and feedback. Mentoring involves fortnightly 1-hour appointments, with one mentee per quarter.
