I joined Making the Leap in 2023, following 9 years in client services developing bespoke culture, function and structural infrastructure for organisations in step with their goals and ambitions – to include sales enablement & marketing strategies to start with, and an organic flow through Product development, to Brand strategy & partnerships development, that serve shared growth in revenue and cause.

My career aspirations are in step with my natural passion points and personality, and abilities, essentially leaning to my strengths and best position to thrive – However this was only made possible by mentorship and guidance – and wasn’t the case until guidance and intervention came into play in my life.

Its firmly engrained in me the impact/power of valuable support, guidance and such interventions. This I hold close to my heart, and this is what we do here at MTL

I am passionate about the work delivered at Making The Leap, and my role here as ‘Head of corporate partnerships’ will continue to seek partners of similar value to collaborate on progressive initiatives, and altogether drive impactful change, direction and aspirations to our young people we serve and society at large.
