Making The Leap is a charity that is dedicated and passionate about Social Mobility and we want to ensure it is at the forefront of everyone’s mind.

We deliver a range of activities that help individuals and organisations learn and stay up to date about the challenges the UK faces in social mobility and how they can play a part in driving societal change for the better. We produce and manage an annual UK social mobility awards event as well as hosting a podcast, social mobility day and business seminar.
