‘I have found that learning from an organisation like MTL has completely changed my life. It is a place where your hidden dreams and aspirations come back to life. Before coming to MTL, I had not aimed high enough for big career opportunities, because of my belief that it is impossible to achieve such dreams. But how wrong was I.
At MTL, the team works hand in hand to help you break the barriers that keep you from succeeding. Whether it is a lack of confidence or fear of delivering public speaking, with their constant encouragement you begin to see the results and belief in yourself. Once you start to believe that you have what it takes to accomplish anything, you begin to see the brighter future ahead of you.
I know now that by working hard, giving more than is required of you and always pushing forward, you will accomplish all that you set your mind to.
As Martin Luther King says: “Take the first step in faith. You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.” MTL is the first step in the many more to come.’
