Black Charity Leaders

Many charities exist to tackle issues that disproportionately affect Black and other racialised minority communities. But people from those communities are often underrepresented as trustees, and in senior positions, of those charities.

Black Charity Leaders is an initiative, organised by Making The Leap, set up to support racialised minority professionals who have chosen to make a career in the charity sector. Our aim is to provide networking, masterclasses, coaching, training and more, to support individuals working in the space. We want to be an increasing part of the solution at leadership level and support a pipeline of talent that will be able to make further contributions in the charity sector.
