The Social Mobility Podcast, a branch of Making The Leap, launched its very first podcast in in June 2019.

The Social Mobility Podcast centres around candid conversations between Tunde Banjoko OBE, our Founder and CEO, and senior business leaders – those individuals who champion social mobility in its entirety. The Podcast is a platform that aims to share perspectives on the matters that individuals face regarding social mobility, both personal and work related, while also creating an honest conversation to raise awareness of the on-going issue of social mobility in the UK.
