Black Charity Leaders

The charity sector is a vital one with lots of dedicated professionals doing important things. It is the issues that disproportionately affect Black and other racialised minority communities that are the challenges that many charities exist to tackle, but people from those communities are often underrepresented as trustees, and in senior positions, of the same charities.

Black Charity Leaders is a brand-new initiative, organised by Making The Leap, that has been set up to support racialised minority professionals who have chosen to make a career in the sector. Our aim is to provide networking, master classes, coaching, training and more, to support individuals working in the space. We want to be an increasing part of the solution at leadership level and support a pipeline of talent that will be able to make an ever- increasing contribution in this amazing sector.
