Social Mobility Day

Social Mobility Day is an initiative organised by Making The Leap, which exists to help raise the awareness of social mobility and encourage organisations to share their social mobility stories with the public.

Over the past few years, we have seen more organisations starting to look at the socio-economic diversity, equity, and inclusion strands in their workforce, and really make a positive and impactful change. On Social Mobility Day, it is a time for all these achievements to be showcased and celebrated.

Launched in 2022 and taking place annually in June, the Social Mobility Day is an opportunity for organisations across the UK to get involved and be part of the growing movement.
