Ayesha

Ayesha became a Fellow in 2014, and joined the Fellows Board in 2016.

‘Making The Leap has done a lot for me over the past few years so I thought it would be great to join the Board in order to give back to the community. One of the main reasons for joining the Board is so that I can help create a professional network for new and existing Fellows in order for us share our experiences with each other. There are many opportunities to get involved with such as planning the annual alumni event and helping with recruiting, which have all been very exciting and rewarding!’
