Malcolm Horton

Former Managing Director and Global Head of Recruitment & Programmes at Nomura International plc. He oversaw campus branding of the firm, sourcing and selection of candidates for wholesale areas of the firm globally, as well as their training and development as early tenured professionals within the organization. Malcolm graduated from Brown University in the US in 1991 with a degree in Organizational Behaviour & Management before joining JPMorgan in Investment Banking. After 2 years in New York, he was relocated to Caracas, Venezuela and Sao Paulo, Brazil for 5 years doing mergers and acquisitions.
